1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

3 Registration and Account Management
To access the full services of ep88, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You agree to:

- Keep your account username and password confidential and do not share them with any other party.

Ep88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of our KYC process. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account restriction or termination.
4 Deposits & Financial Transactions
All deposits into your ep88 account must be made using a supported payment method and must use a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as your ep88 account. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
- The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 for FPX, DuitNow, and Touch 'n Go eWallet.
- Daily and monthly deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification level.
- Ep88 does not charge processing fees for deposits made using local Malaysian payment methods.
- All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), except for crypto deposits which are valued at the current exchange rate.
- Ep88 uses payment gateways protected with 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the security of every transaction.
Transaction Security
All deposits are processed automatically and securely. Your bank account details are never stored on ep88 servers. Every payment session is processed directly through an approved, fully encrypted payment gateway.
5 Fund Withdrawal
Withdrawals from your ep88 account are subject to the following conditions and procedures:
- Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same bank account and under the same name as your ep88 account.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
- Ep88 will process valid withdrawal requests within one to three business days.
- Full identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
- Ep88 reserves the right to delay or withhold suspicious withdrawals for security review or fraud investigation purposes.
- Any wins obtained through gameplay involving glitches, technical errors, or system exploits are void and ineligible for withdrawal.

- Collusion between players — that is, illegally cooperating to gain an unfair advantage — is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

- Attempting to access unauthorised sections of the platform or attempting to compromise ep88's security systems.
- Using a VPN or other technology to conceal your actual location for purposes that conflict with these terms.
Consequences of Violations
Violations of any provision of this code of conduct may result in a warning, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, balance freeze, and/or legal action depending on the severity of the breach.
9 Privacy and Data Protection
Ep88 takes our responsibility towards user privacy seriously. All personal information you provide to us is collected, stored, and used in accordance with the ep88 Privacy Policy, which applies alongside these Terms.

- Ep88's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
11 Account Termination and Closure

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting ep88 customer support. Any valid balance in an account terminated at the user's request will be processed for withdrawal once all necessary reviews are complete.
